2019 Food Safety Conference

Food safety researchers, students and industry professionals are invited to attend the 2019 University of Arizona Food Safety Conference. Attendees will find ample opportunities to network and engage in information-sharing between University food safety researchers and stakeholders.

The Food Safety Conference will include a student poster session for presentation of food safety related research. Posters will be judged by a panel of industry and academic professionals and cash awards will be presented following the poster session.

We will also be hosting a lightning talk session for consortium members to present short (3 min, 1 slide) presentations on their work to facilitate research and funding collaborations. Please indicate on your registration if you would like to present a lightning talk and you will be provided further information.
